What is included in each monthly plan?
Each plan includes scheduled lessons with a qualified instructor, use of academy instruments during class, and written or digital practice notes after every session. Higher-tier plans add progress reviews and recital opportunities.
Can I switch instruments after enrolling?
Yes, students can switch between piano, guitar, or drums at the start of a new billing month. We recommend discussing the change with your instructor first to plan a smooth transition in the curriculum.
Do you offer a trial lesson before committing to a plan?
We offer a single introductory lesson at a reduced rate so new students can meet their instructor, try the instrument, and confirm the plan suits their pace before enrolling monthly.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
Missed lessons can be rescheduled within the same month with at least 24 hours notice, subject to instructor availability. Late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Are there additional costs for exams or recitals?
Recital participation is included in the Progress and Advanced plans. Formal music exam registration fees, where applicable, are billed separately and communicated in advance.
How do I pay for my monthly plan?
Payments are collected monthly in advance, in cash or bank transfer, at our Aswan location. Receipts are provided for every payment, and plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
